Such a historical, beautiful, lux, neighborhood where the houses are well kept, the yards are landscaped meticulously, and the rolling hills and views of the mountains make this area not only my favorite mid-century magical oasis in the desert, yet, my favorite place in the world. Keith checked me in, and BOY oh BOY was Keith not only an excellent host, yet, a complete stud, with a sense of humor, a bubbly personality, great taste, and a glowing, articulate energy. He proudly gave me a house tour, pointing out the abundant accessories, appliances, and fine touches that really elevated the air B&B. It was stacked—beyond comparable to other rentals in the area. Keith was also eager to show me all of the upgrades he has made to his home since purchasing the house a number of years ago, because, as an interior designer by trade, I was not only interested, but wildly impressed! (And jealous that he gets to flip houses like this for a living). Talented guys like Keith designing their own homes to that level are the people who keep me out of a job! Ha! The one concern I had coming into the trip, and then replanted in my head when we got there, was about the Palm Springs city rule of no music outside ever, which we obeyed, but also got a text from Keith that the music inside was too loud and could be heard outside. Keith was the best—we did a sound check, closed the doors, and didn’t have another problem.. His communication and understanding and overall chill vibes made a drama that could have spoiled the weekend disappear. The pool was perfect. The hot tub was amazing. Golf was silly but fun. The bedroom layout with private bathrooms is ideal for a big group, as everyone in a packed house was able to have their own space—not to forget the quality of the bathrooms, toiletries, showers, bed and pillow comfort, etc. Living area was perfect. Lots of spaces to chill and curate different vibes. Very well thought out. All 168 pillows in the house made a big difference. Seriously. The house rules were clear and easy. House information (wifi etc) was clear.....and the amount of plates, bowls, cutlery, and literally anything you could dream of needing while on vacation in the desert is in there—plus some—all with diagrams showing exactly where things go—a lovely reminder of how to replace things properly. All my friends decided they’re doing the same thing for their house cleaners at home. Checkout was a piece of cake. Keith gave us a recommendation for brunch, and told us to stop cleaning as his housekeeper gets upset when it’s too clean. I cant even imagine what Keith could have done to make this trip better....except to hire me to help him remodel the primary bedroom and bathroom, and make that the glam shot picture that will elevate the house even further! I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

The kitchen is fully kitted out with multiple sets of dishes pots pans glassware appliances and virtually anything that you need to cook for and entertain a large crowd. Pool area was beautiful and restful. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and extra towels for all. Very stylish decor. Located in an older classic Palm Springs neighborhood that is convenient to everything. So much to do in that area. My whole family including dogs had a wonderful stay. We did have a toddler with us and the house is not truly suitable for small children but we did what we needed to do to keep him safe. Highly recommend this home for rental! Would love to return again.
